How can one place an order?

How secure and safe is it to order on the website?

Customers can shop and purchase on our website with assurance, knowing that we’ve taken the security and safety measures to keep our customers’ personal contact information safe. All of our customer information is safely and securely stored. When you click to submit the payment, the payment information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. Upon completion of the authorization process, a confirmation is sent. We also accept payments by bank transfers for our customers that prefer this option.

How long after placing an order can one expect delivery?

We will be trying our best to get your Baby GaGa out to you as soon as possible. However, the maximum time to customize and ship out your item will be between 4-6 weeks.

Are there any delivery charges?

Good News ! Shipping and delivery is free.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
​
When your Baby GaGa leaves our home, you will receive an email with the courier company details along with your tracking number. Thereafter, we request you to track your delivery on their site and to contact them for further details.

How will I know if my order has been received?
​
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your order number and details of your order. Incase of any discrepancy, we request you to immediately contact our Customer Support Team and bring it to our attention.

Can my shipping address be changed after placing an order?
​
In the possibility that your shipping address needs to be changed, we request you to call / email us within 48 hours with the updated delivery address. Post that, we shall try our very best to accommodate your request , however make no guarantees that it can be done.

What is my warranty period?
​
At Baby GaGa, we stand behind our products. If within three months of receiving your item it is determined that the material or workmanship is defective, we will repair or replace the item. Please be prepared to send pictures to us (via e-mail) that shows the defect, so that we can assess what needs to be done. Normal use and wear, misuse, commercial use, and seasonal wood movement and splits are not included in this warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not include damages to property or person caused by the misuse, improper installation, or lack of care of the item. It is informed that for all parts and items of the product, if shipped after the first five (5) days of delivery, the customer shall be responsible for freight charges for delivery of the repaired or missing piece. Lastly, warranties are not transferable.

How much Sales Tax do I have to pay?

Baby Gaga is required to collect GST in connection with the purchase and delivery of Products. The good news is that the listed price is inclusive of GST. Additional tax for shipment to international destinations is subject to those locations.

Do you offer worldwide delivery?
​
At this point, we only offer global delivery for wholesale orders. Kindly contact us at s.galav@babygagaonline.com with your inquiries.

Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
​
Cancellations and Refunds are only allowed within the first 24 hours of order being placed.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
​
If the package arrives in a damaged condition, do not accept delivery and you are requested to open in the presence of the delivery person and note the damages on the airway bill. Kindly also call our customer service helpline informing us of the same.

If your product arrives in a damaged state, kindly call and email us, within 5 days of delivery, the images showing the extent of the damage. Our Quality Control Team will then assess the damage and revert back within 7 days with our resolution.

Incase of minor damage caused due to Shipping and Delivery, Baby GaGa’s Repair Policy is applicable for 5 days from receipt of the delivery of product. In the event a part or a piece of an item of your product is damaged, please send detailed pictures of your damaged item to our customer care at customerservice@babygagaonline.com along with proof of purchase within the first five (5) days for review by our Quality Control Team. We will then respond with a resolution within 7 days of the issue raised.
In the unfortunate event of a product being damaged beyond repair, manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipped, please call / email and send detailed pictures of your damaged item to our customer care at customerservice@babygagaonline.com along with proof of purchase within the first five (5) days for review by our Quality Control Team. We will then respond with a resolution within 7 days of the issue raised.

In case of missing goods upon delivery, can you provide a product replacement instead of a refund?
​
If you are missing an item upon delivery, call/email us within the first five (5) days with your order confirmation number, specifying the missing item(s) and we shall replace the missing part (subject to availability) immediately and ship it without any additional shipment charges.

It may seem too good to be true, but yes! The products displayed on the website are the very products that will be delivered. Kindly note that since our products are handcrafted items unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels, as per the industry standards.
